Xi'an held a series of events on July 1 to mark the signing, completion, and commencement of key projects.
Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, has added 87 new key municipal projects with a total investment of 106.35 billion yuan ($15.03 billion), according to the relevant arrangements for new and adjusted key projects in Xi'an in 2020.
On April 28, ten projects with a total investment of 7.17 billion yuan ($1.01 billion), started construction at the Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province.
In the first quarter of 2019, 269 city-level key projects under construction in Xi'an, capital city of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, completed total investment of 56.18 billion yuan ($7.97 billion), accounting for 21.2 percent of the annual plan.
With a total investment of 6.08 billion yuan ($857.21 million), 10 projects in Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ) in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, started construction on March 29, according to XHTZ officials.
The groundbreaking ceremony for key projects starting construction in the first quarter in Xi'an, capital of China's Northwest Shaanxi province, took place on March 17, with a total of 162 projects involved.
The signing ceremony for key investments projects in Xi'an was held online at the Xi'an municipal bureau of investment cooperation on Feb 27, with 27 projects totaling an investment of 19.52 billion yuan ($2.79 billion).
