Over 500 members of the 15th Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) arrived on March 23 to register for the fourth session, which will run from March 24 to 26.

Carrying the trust of the city's people and the voices of grassroots communities, they prepared their proposals with enthusiasm and dedication, ready to fulfill their responsibilities.

At the registration site, they followed instructions to complete check-in procedures, collected meeting materials and credentials, and immersed themselves in studying documents and discussing proposals.

Guo Yi, a CPPCC Xi'an Committee member, shared her proposal on strengthening urban underground drainage systems, expressing confidence in the city's future. Liu Yong highlighted Xi'an's success in promoting green transportation and proposed improved cycling infrastructure to enhance urban mobility and sustainability. Zhang Gang, a technology professional, emphasized the need to attract and retain top-tier talent, advocating for greater support for young scientific researchers.

Bringing thoughtful proposals and a strong commitment to Xi'an's development and public welfare, CPPCC Xi'an Committee members pledged to contribute insights on major development initiatives and pressing livelihood issues, helping drive the city's modernization efforts with wisdom and dedication.
