The opening ceremony of the Photography Exhibition Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the Sister-City Relationship between Xi'an and Quebec was held in Xi'an on June 26.
The city of Xi'an has 40 official sister cities.
Xi'an has established friendly exchange relations with 69 cities in 42 countries in the world.
