The 31st China Yangling Agricultural High-Tech Fair, themed "A New Future of Agriculture of New Quality Productivity", opened in the Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industrial Demonstration Zone in Northwest China's Shaanxi province on Oct 25 and will run until Oct 29.

This year's fair, emphasizing a market-oriented approach, has attracted over 1,800 companies from home and abroad.

In the Xi'an exhibition area, a vibrant harvest scene unfolds. The city-level exhibition area resembles a square "granary" showcasing various agricultural products. County exhibition areas display diverse products, while livestreaming areas enthusiastically showcase Xi'an's premium agricultural products.

In Baqiao district's exhibition area, visitors can sample crisp dried okra and enticing waxed beef. In Lintong district's exhibition area, bright red pomegranates with plump, translucent seeds are showcased. Huyi district offers fragrant rice wine, Tianju grape wine, and Qinling Zhongliang liquor.

This year, Lantian county displays a full range of buckwheat products and mushrooms. Zhouzhi county presents three kinds of kiwi fruit – red, yellow, and green hearts – showcasing fresh produce, processed products, and local specialties.

Gaoling district exhibits all-season tomatoes that blur the line between fruit and vegetable, while Yanliang district presents sweet melons, honey, and sheep's milk yogurt, emphasizing healthy and delicious offerings.
