The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Xi'an Sub-Council recently invited over 60 representatives from government agencies, chambers of commerce, and businesses from 14 Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) members to visit Xi'an.

The delegation toured key sites, including the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone, the China-Europe Railway Express Assembly Center at Xi'an Chanba International Port, Xi'an Aiju Grain and Oil Industrial Group, Xi'an International University, and the Tang West Market Cultural Industry Investment Group.

The event showcased Xi'an's robust economic and social development, highlighted its distinct industrial strengths, and promoted deeper collaboration between Xi'an and BRI member countries.

After visiting for two days, the delegation praised Xi'an for its abundant resources, strong industrial foundation, resilient economy with significant growth potential, and promising future prospects.

Many delegates intended to organize additional exchanges, explore business opportunities, and pursue practical partnerships to benefit the economic and social development of both Xi'an and BRI member countries.
