In 2022, Xi'an's automobile industry achieved rapid development, with its annual automobile output value exceeding 200 billion yuan ($27.43 billion) for the first time.

This would not have been possible without the Xi'an Automobile Industry Chain Supply Chain Alliance. It has built a bridge for communication between the government and enterprises and a platform for cooperation and development between enterprises.

Established at the end of 2021, the alliance has attracted nearly one hundred companies as governing units, and has become an important participant in the high-quality development of Xi'an's automobile industry.

So far, the alliance has carried out multiple matchmaking activities for Geely, BYD, Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Group and other enterprises.

The alliance has also visited Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuxi, Chongqing, Wuhan, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Ningbo and other places to carry out automobile industrial chain investment and matchmaking activities, encouraging enterprises from outside Shaanxi to invest in Xi'an.

In order to further clarify the development trajectory of the automobile industrial chain, the alliance has drawn up a layout of the chain in Shaanxi province.

Based on the layout, the alliance has compiled and released the "Shaanxi Province Automobile Industrial Chain Directory", which explains in detail the direction of industrial development and enterprise products.

In addition, the alliance has created a Xi'an automobile information platform.

Relevant policies, industry information, supply chain enterprise promotions, talent information, product supply and demand information, park investment information and more are all available on the platform.

Moving forward, the alliance will continue to build a bridge for communication between the government and enterprises to empower the development of Xi'an's automobile industry.
