Applicants of the Xi'an Shiyou University Sino-Russian Humanities Exchange Special Scholarship should be Russian citizens studying in China. Those who apply for a master's degree should have excellent academic performance and be under 35 years of age. Applicants should reach HSK Level V and above. The scholarship includes: exempt from registration fees, tuition fees, laboratory fees, internship fees, fees for basic learning materials, and on-campus housing fees; living allowances; one-time settlement subsidy; outpatient medical services, and comprehensive medical insurance for international students in China.
