Applicants of the Xi'an Jiaotong University Si Yuan International Student Scholarship, should be non-Chinese citizens in good health who already have a bachelor's degree and are under 35 years of age; Besides, applicants may not be in receipt of any other type of scholarship. The scholarship is: 1st Grade: exemption from tuition fee, and a monthly living allowance of: CNY 4,500 for doctoral student and CNY 3,500 for master students; 2nd Grade: exemption from tuition fee, and a monthly living allowance of CNY 3,000 for doctoral students and CNY 2,500 for master students; 3rd Grade: exemption from tuition fee, and a monthly living allowance of CNY 1,700.
