Applicants of the Xi'an Shiyou University Sino-Europe Scholarship for Credit-Transfer Students should be healthy Chinese and Europeans citizens from partner universities which have a standing agreement with our university on course credit mutual-recognition. Applicants should have no crime records. Applicants for a master's degree should be under the age of 35. The scholarship is tuition fees waiver.
