Applicants of the CSC Scholarship for American Students should have a valid US passport or US nationality certificate for four years or more. Bachelor's degree applicants must have a high school diploma and be under the age of 25; Master's degree applicants must have a bachelor's degree and be under the age of 35; Doctoral degree applicants must have a master's degree and be under the age of 40. The scholarship includes: tuition and accommodation fees waiver, comprehensive medical insurance for international students in China, and living allowances. The monthly allowance for undergraduate students is CNY 2,500, for master students is CNY 3,000 and for doctoral students is CNY 3,500.
