Applicants of the Shaanxi Normal University's Double First-Class Subjects Scholarship should be non-Chinese citizens in good health. Applicants should be bachelor's degree holders under the age of 35 when applying for master's programs; be master's degree holders under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs. Language requirements: HSK Level V. The scholarship includes full tuition fees, accommodation fees, and insurance frees waiver and living expenses of CNY 1,700 per month for doctoral students; and full tuition fees, accommodation fees, and insurance frees waiver for master students.
