The Dacheng Chronicle Dainties Resort project in the core area of Datang Everbright City – located in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province – recently won the TIAN Property Award.

This was the first commercial project in Xi'an to receive the honor.

The TIAN Property Awards are a global award given out by the International Awards Association. Award-winning works are high-quality property design works from around the world, so it is also known as the Oscar of the property industry.

The project is expected to become the largest indoor food street in Xi'an, a popular destination in Datang Everbright City, and a place for tourists to try out Xi'an cuisine.

It will feature traditional architecture of Xi'an and integrate the local traditional culture with modern trends, resulting in an attractive commercial space.

Compared with traditional commercial spaces, it will be more focused on the innovation of products and the cultural consumption experience. It will also feature immersive catering and interactive experiences.

It will also sell more than 100 types of traditional food.

Meanwhile, to conform to the tastes of young customers, many traditional products have been repackaged and given new, youthful and lightweight designs.
