In September this year, the sales price of new commercial residential buildings in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, increased 0.6 percent month-on-month and 7.5 percent year-on-year.
The month-on-month and year-on-year growth rates were 0.1 percent and 0.2 percent lower than in the previous month, respectively.
Meanwhile, from January to September this year, the sales price of second-hand residential properties in Xi'an rose first and then fell.
In order to stabilize the sales price of second-hand housing, Xi'an issued a notice on establishing a reference price release mechanism for second-hand housing transactions on July 8.
From July to September, the second-hand residential sales market in Xi'an showed a downward trend in volume and pricing.
