Romantic spring journey: Xi'an Flower Viewing Season begins

The 2025 Xi'an Flower Viewing Season launched on March 19 at Qinling National Botanical Garden, introducing the 2025 Xi'an Flower Viewing Guide. The guide features 123 flower-viewing spots, 47 themed routes, and 51 special activities, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the poetic beauty of Xi'an's vibrant spring.

At the launch event, a sea of plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, and magnolias transformed the botanical garden into a springtime paradise, attracting tourists eager to capture stunning scenery.

A resident surnamed Wang shared her excitement: "I love being surrounded by flowers and nature. With so many recommended flower-viewing spots and routes, I'll definitely plan a weekend trip with family and friends to enjoy spring's beauty."

As temperatures rise, Xi'an enters its prime flower-viewing season. The city is bursting with floral charm, with peach blossoms at Fengqing Park, apricot blossoms at Daming Palace National Heritage Park, and cherry blossoms at Qinglong Temple.

From March to May, the event will feature major events like the Qinling Tulip Exhibition, Taiping Forest Park's Redbud Festival, and Yanta International Cherry Blossom Season. It will blend flower tourism with cultural, rural, and wellness experiences, offering visitors an unforgettable spring adventure in Xi'an.
