As a core strategic project of China Eastern Airlines in Northwest China, the center sits next to Terminal 5 of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport and is directly accessible via Metro Line 14.

The center features star-rated hotels, elite apartments, and business offices, and infuses Chang'an culture from the Tang Dynasty (618–907) into its commercial spaces, delivering a unique cultural shopping experience.

To date, more than 50 companies, including McDonald's, 7-Eleven, and Luckin Coffee, have set up operations in the center, with chain brands accounting for over 60 percent of the total.

MU Center serves as a vital component of Airport New City's urban support system. It will elevate the quality of life for surrounding visitors and residents, injecting new vitality into the development of the "new starting point of the Air Silk Road".
