The city of Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, has committed itself to making every effort to build a commercial ecosystem in the current year that is more conducive to the growth and development of its businesses.
Focusing on much more convenience for its businesses, Xi'an will launch a series of policies. These will be designed to improve market access, ensure the supply of business premises, bolster access to public services and cross-border customs clearances, upgrade the settlement of commercial disputes and boost tax payment services.

Xi'an will further promote the standardization of municipal services and make them more efficient. The target is that before the end of the year, more than 96 percent of government service matters will be handled online.
What's more, the cultivation of business entities will be strengthened. Throughout the year, more than 100 professional, specialized and innovative enterprises will be added to its ranks, as well as more than 20 listed companies from at home and abroad.
In addition, the number of the city's national high-tech enterprises is estimated to reach 11,000 in 2023, with the number of tech-based small and medium-sized enterprises projected to top 13,000.
