On Jan 30, well-known recitation artists and outstanding amateur recital enthusiasts will take to the stage for the 2022 Chang'an poetry recitation.
On Feb 7-15, the public can visit the Shaanxi Opera Art Museum of China and the Yisu Grand Theater Museum to enjoy classic traditional Qinqiang Opera works through livestreaming.
Representatives from overseas agencies of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the cultural cities of Japan and South Korea – and member cities of the Asia-Pacific Tourism Committee of the United Cities and Local Governments – will be invited to give Spring Festival blessings through videos.
An online cultural and artistic program will be shown on Feb 1, offering a Spring Festival cultural feast to farmers and workers who stay local to celebrate the festival.
Also, libraries and cultural centers in the city will be encouraged to use their resources to put on events like online book exhibitions, painting and calligraphy exhibitions.
