The Qinchuangyuan Industrial Cooperation and Exchange Meeting and Project Signing Ceremony were held in Xi'an city – capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province – on Aug 16.

Representatives of technology-based companies, incubators, maker spaces and other units gathered in Xi'an to explore the new Qinchuangyuan model for industrial cooperation.

The Qinchuangyuan innovation-driven platform is the largest incubator for the practical application of scientific and technological research in Shaanxi province, with its general window set up in the Xixian New Area.

At the signing ceremony, Xi'an signed a total of 34 projects, involving the fields of biomedicines, equipment manufacturing, power batteries and aviation manufacturing.

Lu Ning, deputy director of the Qinchuangyuan innovation promotion center, made a presentation on Qinchuangyuan's general window's related policies at the meeting, so that enterprises got a clear and in-depth understanding of the policies.

In addition, the representatives of the Qinchuangyuan industrial carrying park gave an overview of its projects, positioning, operations, support advantages and future development.

In the first half of 2022, there were 534 new technology-based enterprises in the Qinchuangyuan's general window, which was 2.35 times that of the same period last year. Some 155 enterprises  transformed their scientific and technological achievements, which was 2.28 times that of the same period last year.
