Since the COVID-19 epidemic, Xi'an, capital city of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, has implemented a number of measures and launched various policies aimed at reducing corporate burdens, lending financial support, resuming work and production, and promoting the rapid development of cultural tourism.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the 14th National Games venues and supporting construction projects, Xi'an International Trade and Logistics Park has specially opened a green channel in the government service hall for the resumption of production.
Centering on the reform of the construction project approval system, the administrative examination and approval service bureau of Xi'an opened a green channel for major construction project approvals.
It minimized the processing time of corporate matters, and promoted the early settlement, construction and production of major projects.
Meanwhile, Qujiang New District set up remote approval systems to improve approval efficiency on the basis of the nearest office, allowing Datang Everbright City and Qujiang Creative Circle to quickly resume business.
The city also actively explored cloud investment promotion, signing and services. In the first quarter, Xi’an signed a total of 149 projects with an investment of 102.72 billion yuan ($14.39 billion), covering fields like advanced manufacturing and electronic information.
