The first batch of 36 workers returning to ZTE Corporation, an enterprise of Xi'an High-tech Industries Development Zone (XHTZ), arrived in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on Feb 19.

Through coordination between human resources staff and the social security bureau of the XHTZ, the 36 workers each completed inspections, registration and other procedures in an average of one minute.

According to XHTZ incentives, each of the workers will receive a transportation subsidy of 200 yuan ($28.44).

While assisting the return of employees in key industrial enterprises, the zone has also encouraged locals to find employment nearby.

In addition, through 40 intermediary agencies, it also actively connected with neighboring provinces and cities that are less affected by the epidemic, such as Yulin, Yan'an, and Gansu province, to organized recruitment to meet the needs of companies.

At present, more than 3,300 people from various towns and villages in the zone and surrounding provinces and cities have been given the employment details information of enterprises in the XHTZ through various channels.
