Beilin district in Xi'an is currently working to become a hub of entrepreneurial talent. The district has been introducing and cultivating various talent to promote cooperation between schools and the local government.
The "university +" talent public service platform will bring together professional service institutions to build a talent service micro-ecosystem, Lin said.
University think tanks and International City Expert Xi'an Think Tank should be organized to carry out consulting service activities around national strategic deployments, major engineering projects and local economic development needs.
Also, a flexible and diverse social participation mechanism should be established, to encourage the development of high-end talent headhunting and other professional service agencies, cultivate various talent intermediary service agencies, and provide personalized and diversified services for talent, Lin added.
