Since the first session of the 17th Xi'an Municipal People's Congress, 229 deputies to the Xi'an Municipal People's Congress have put forward 445 suggestions on various aspects of the work in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province.

As of the end of December 2022, all 445 suggestions had been resolved and replies had been given to the deputies.

The suggestions related to the business environment, technological innovation, ecosystem protection, rural vitalization and urban management.

They also related to cultural and tourism development, education and medical care, livelihood security, community-based elderly care, pollution prevention and control and grassroots social governance.
