Online Chinese travel agency TravelGo and Moji Weather, which provides daily weather forecasts, recently jointly launched a flower viewing guide, indicating that flower-viewing has become a new highlight of spring tourism.
As a well-known flower viewing spot, Qinglong Temple Scenic Area in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, was selected among the top 10 scenic spots for viewing cherry blossoms.

Due to a delayed flowering period this year, the best season for viewing flowers has not yet arrived, and many scenic spots have begun to plan and prepare activities in advance.
This year, Yanta district in Xi'an will continue to hold the International Cherry Blossom Festival at Qinglong Temple Scenic Area, as well as the Theme IP Image Design Competition, to highlight cherry blossom festival brands and develop original cultural and creative products.

Also in recent years, Xi'an has combined flower viewing with rural tourism to create a richer travel experience. Some boutique homestays and campsites are even ready to operate amid the flowers to stimulate the development of surrounding industries.
