The first session of the 15th Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) concluded on March 30 in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, after successfully completing its agenda.

During the session, Wang Jide was elected as the chairman of the 15th CPPCC Xi'an Municipal Committee.

In addition, eight chairpersons, one secretary-general, and 90 members of the standing committee were elected.
