The city will build a public cultural service system with a high carrying capacity and matching supply and demand, a high-quality, modern industrial system integrating culture and tourism, and a comprehensive and multi-disciplinary cultural communication system, Wang added.

In addition, Xi'an will strengthen its supply of cultural products and services, and enhance cultural exchanges between countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative in order to build itself into an international cultural tourism center and a world-class tourist destination.
