As a core hub for building an international platform for entrepreneurship and innovation, Xi'an should seize the opportunity to make breakthrough in industrial transformation, technological development, talent introduction, capital cooperation, and economic growth, said Cui Cheng, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Xi'an Committee.

Cui said this at the fourth session of the 14th Xi’an Committee of the CPPCC held in Xi'an on May 16.  

Cui suggested the city should support the construction of an international entrepreneurship and innovation industrial park, develop core leading industries in various regions, and launch government guidance funds to help enterprises to offer services such as technology finance and industrial capital cooperation.

The city also needs to build an intellectual property financial service industry cluster to provide intellectual property operation services for enterprises, he added.

In addition, Xi'an should support the development of industrial internet services and introduce a number of high-quality projects and listed companies, helping local enterprises transform and develop to realize value reconstruction and industrial upgrading.
