"The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic has caused some difficulties for the development of private enterprises, especially micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The municipal Party committee and government have taken many targeted measures to promote the resumption of work and production," Zhang said.
Zhang suggested that all levels of the city's departments should effectively reduce the burden for private enterprises and provide support for private enterprise employees' pension insurance, unemployment insurance, and social security subsidies.
It is necessary to establish and improve the business environment evaluation system, further improve the quality of municipal affairs services, contributing to the high-quality development of enterprises, he added.
