People who want to collect commemorative stamps can buy them at designated outlets, through mobile clients, or through the WeChat applet of China Post. They will be sold for a period of six months.

The themes of the commemorative stamps include shooting and rowing, and the main colors are blue and green. They also feature emblems, mascots, venues, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Xi'an Bell Tower, highlighting the uniqueness of Xi'an.

China Post will also publish digital stamps through the WeChat applet of the China Philately Stamp Encyclopedia (中国集邮邮票百科), which can be viewed by post fans using the AR function.

During the 14th National Games, Xi'an will also hold a stamp exhibition to record the development of sports and showcase the courage of Chinese athletes.
