Over eight years, the festival has built an art exchange platform for domestic and overseas children's theater peers and become a bright calling card of Xi'an's urban cultural brand.

This year's festival has seven major sections, including indoor theater performances, outdoor theater performances, cloud performances, summit forums, and theater training.

Thirteen well-known domestic children's theater troupes will be invited to stage 23 plays in 83 performances, allowing audiences to experience Xi'an's youth, vigor, warmth, and vitality.

For the first seven editions of the festival, 53 theater troupes from 20 countries and regions worldwide have been invited to participate in the event, with 102 plays in 567 performances staged and nearly 6.8 million online and offline audiences.
