The promotion conference was hosted by Xi'an municipal government and organized by the Xi'an municipal bureau of commerce and Xi'an Qujiang New District.
It was the first promotion conference held by Xi'an in Hong Kong since Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland resumed customs clearances in January this year.
At the event, the Xi'an delegation introduced the development environment of the city's trade in services in detail – covering its development foundations, opening-up, trade structure and platform functions.
Combining the comparative advantages of the two places, it is proposed that both sides deepen cooperation in the fields of cultural trade, legal services, intellectual property services, software information service outsourcing, transportation services and exhibition services.

Seven projects were signed at the conference, involving fields such as international travel, cultural trade and legal services.
The projects are expected to contribute to the high-level opening-up and high-quality development of Xi'an's trade in services.
