This year, Xi'an Museum in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, will celebrate its 15th anniversary.
The museum was built on the original site of Jianfu Temple, a famous royal temple in the Tang Dynasty (618-907), and the famous Small Wild Goose Pagoda is located in the museum's courtyard.
The museum has a collection more than 110,000 cultural relics shedding light on the rich history of the ancient city of Xi'an.
In recent years, Xi'an Museum has started to implement the management plan of the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, promoted the renovation of the museum's old warehouses, and focused on the restoration of the museum's calligraphy and painting collections.

According to Yu Hongjian, the museum's curator, the museum will sign a contract with the Aviation Museum of Northwestern Polytechnical University this year to jointly build a branch museum of Xi'an Museum, and the two are also actively promoting the construction of a "Silk Road Branch" of Xi'an Museum.
In addition, the museum will launch an intelligent service system project to make the museum's services faster and more convenient.
Meanwhile, Xi'an Museum has brought new life to old antiques through cultural and creative products. The museum now offers more than 240 kinds of cultural and creative products.
