A mighty book tower stands aloft at the Xi'an Han Tang Book Town in Xi'an – capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province on Nov 25 – composed of thousands of discarded tomes. The feature was built by six staff members in two weeks. Its goal is to illustrate that books cover the world, helping to spread the word of learning and to entertain people. [Photo/CPF]
