The three-day fourth session of the 15th Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), opening on March 24, will focus on reviewing and discussing key reports and resolutions.

The session will review the work report of the Standing Committee of the 15th Xi'an Municipal Committee of the CPPCC and the report on proposal work since the third session.
CPPCC Xi'an Committee members will also attend the first and second plenary meetings of the sixth session of the 17th Xi'an Municipal People's Congress, where they will discuss the Xi'an municipal government's work report and other related reports.
Additionally, the session will involve voting on multiple resolutions related to the standing committee's work report, proposal work, and political decisions.
The session will also recognize the top 10 and outstanding members of the 15th CPPCC Xi'an Committee in 2024.
Reflecting on the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the CPPCC's achievements over the past year, the session will outline plans for 2025. Over 500 committee members from 29 sectors will contribute insights to drive reforms and support the modernization of Xi'an, reinforcing the city's development goals and governance initiatives.
