"These mock proposals are of very high quality, closely addressing current social issues and focusing on juvenile legal education and mental health. The materials are comprehensive, and the research is thorough. I will work on refining them and bring them to the two sessions," Qi said.

The two proposals Qi referenced were written by the school's model CPPCC club: "Proposal for Establishing Rule of Law Education Rooms in Primary and Secondary Schools" and "Proposal for Fostering Positive Psychological Qualities to Promote Adolescent Mental and Physical Health".

Wang Baiyuxuan, a member of the club, shared the background of the rule of law proposal. "Our team visited several schools in Shaanxi, consulted with professional lawyers and university professors online, and interviewed local police and prosecutors to understand current policies and improve the proposal's scientific and practical aspects."

Wang Yunjie, alongside five other club members, highlighted the adolescent mental and physical health proposal, which focuses on the importance of mental health education and family, school, and societal collaboration to nurture healthy qualities in youth.
