Xi'an-based Rongshin Education and Culture Development Co, a key national cultural export enterprise, integrates Chinese elements into global publishing. It introduces young international readers to Chinese literary figures like Lu Xun and Bing Xin.
During the China-Central Asia Summit, the company gifted Central Asian journalists its pop-up book on the Tang Dynasty (618-907), further strengthening cultural ties.

The company has exported over 100 original book copyrights and children's cultural products to multiple countries and regions, including Italy, South Korea, and Spain. In 2023, its children's cultural product export business generated revenue of 2.56 million yuan ($351,950).
