This year, the airport has experienced rapid growth in international passenger routes, with 38 new or resumed routes. Marketing efforts have been intensified to promote these routes in countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, the United States, Belgium, Hungary, and South Korea.

The airport's international routes cover seven cities in five Central Asian countries, making it the airport with the most traffic points in Central Asia.

The airport has implemented a series of distinctive service measures to meet the needs of domestic and international travelers. These include dedicated services for first-time passengers and special assistance throughout their travel.

A record-breaking 158,000 passenger throughput was handled in a single day on Aug 9, setting a new high for the airport.

To support local economic development and international cooperation, the airport has revamped its 24-hour international transit procedures and introduced a payment service center for foreign guests. The center offers services such as phone card purchases, foreign currency exchange, and international card payments.

These initiatives aim to create a more international and convenient environment for travelers visiting Shaanxi province.
