Shaanxi province's exhibition area entitled "Time-Honored Brands Pedestrian Street" was unveiled to visitors as the 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened on Nov 5 in Shanghai.
The 360-square-meter Shaanxi exhibition area showcases 49 regional brands from the province. It features over 300 products across nine categories: traditional foods, wines, teas, dairy products, fruits, beverages, ceramics, intangible cultural heritage crafts, and cultural and creative products.

From Nov 5 to 10, visitors have the opportunity to savor delicacies from De Fa Chang, a Chinese time-honored brand established in 1936, and indulge in the unique flavors of Tong Sheng Xiang's yangrou paomo, a mutton soup with chopped steamed bread.
Shaanxi's diverse and influential culinary culture includes liquor, yellow rice wines, red wines, globally popular apples and kiwis, nationally beloved Bingfeng beverages, and sheep milk products. These offer ample opportunities for industry exchanges and collaborations while exploring the rich flavors of Shaanxi.

Cultural and creative products incorporating elements of the four treasures of the Qinling Mountains are a major draw, attracting numerous international visitors.
Wu Xue, marketing manager of Xi'an Yimu Art Design Consulting Co, says the designs of the cultural and creative products primarily feature the giant panda, golden snub-nosed monkey, crested ibis, and takin living in the Qinling Mountains. The displayed products aim to raise awareness of the Qinling Mountains and promote ecological conservation.
