The 2023 Xi'an spring large-scale talent recruitment fair and special job fair for college and university graduates were held in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on March 25.
It was the biggest onsite job fair held in the city in the past three years.

The job fair was mainly for graduates, but also aimed to help professionals who plan to change jobs, unemployed people, rural surplus labor, retired soldiers and others who wanted work.
On the day, over 420 employers were offering more than 12,000 positions. These covered the fields of scientific research and innovation, new energy, the internet, finance, advanced manufacturing, education, medical care and cultural tourism.
In addition to the recruitment stands, special areas were set up to provide complete services for job seekers. These areas focused on policy publicity, training consultations, employment guidance, entrepreneurship guidance, job recommendations, labor rights protection, human resources services and entrepreneurial projects.
The job fair attracted more than 32,000 people to apply for jobs, and employers received more than 22,000 resumes, with more than 5,000 people signing preliminary employment agreements.
