At the fair, 380 employers were offering 10,214 jobs for college and university graduates, in fields as varied as economics, finance, aerospace, optoelectronic chips, new materials, new energy, smart manufacturing, information technology, internet, and medical treatment.
A policy publicity consultation area and a special area for employment assistance for unemployed college graduates were set up at the fair to provide graduates with policy assistance, real-name registration, and job-seeking skills guidance.
Throughout the first half of this year, the Xi'an municipal bureau of human resources and social security has adopted innovative methods to promote employment, such as online recruitment fairs, which have achieved good results.
