The current "Spring Wind Action" recruitment drive in Xi'an – capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province – is expected to offer more than 300,000 jobs, according to the city’s bureau of human resources and social security.

Districts, counties and development zones are currently carrying out recruitment activities in different forms.

In March, the city will hold more than 140 online, on-site and campus recruitment activities to provide services for such key groups as rural surplus laborers, the urban unemployed, unemployed graduates and various employers with recruitment needs.
