Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, has rolled out a series of policies and undertaken a raft of measures to provide solid guarantees for young talent of various types to come and base themselves there.

The city has built the Xi'an Youth Talent Post Station, which provides one-stop policy support services for doctorate and master's degree students who are willing to work and start businesses in Xi'an, as well as for talent-introducing companies, in a bid to attract more young people.
What's more, the Xi'an Youth Talent Station cloud platform was launched online to provide services for applications and to identify qualified young professionals.
To date, nearly 20,000 people have moved to the Xi'an Youth Talent Station, while another 20,000 or so college and university students have moved to the Xi'an Youth Talent Station cloud platform.

Furthermore, Xi'an has explored the construction of a "talent + university + enterprise" collaborative innovation mechanism. It has also promoted the construction of a physical operation platform involving the government, colleges and universities – as well as key enterprises in the industrial supply chain within the city.
So far, Xi'an has built 84 municipal sci-tech achievement transformation demonstration bases, demonstration universities and new research and development institutions, 102 academician expert workstations and 56 municipal postdoctoral innovation bases.
