Applicants of the Xi'an Shiyou University Sino-U.S. Culture Exchange Scholarship for Credit-Transfer Students should be healthy American citizens from partner American universities which have a standing agreement with our university on course credit mutual-recognition. Applicants should have no crime records. Applicants for a master's degree should be under the age of 35. The scholarship is tuition fees waiver.
