Applications of the Xidian University Huashan Scholarships should be non-Chinese citizens. Master's degree applicants must have obtained a bachelor's degree; Doctor's degree applicants must have obtained a master's degree. All the applicants should have excellent moral character and excellent grades; and not be a winner of other scholarships. First-grade scholarship includes: exempt from tuition fees; free on-campus accommodation; living allowance of CNY 1,000 per month for master students and CNY 1,200 per month for doctoral students. Second-grade scholarship includes being exempt from tuition fees. Third-grade scholarship includes being exempt from half-year tuition fees.
