The 1st International Medical Summit Forum was held in Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on July 15-16.

The forum was supported by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, hosted by the Shaanxi Research Hospital Association, and organized by Xi’an International Medical Center Hospital in collaboration with Mayo Clinic.

With the theme of "Convergence, Synchronization, and Innovation," the forum consisted of a main forum and seven sub-forums.

Renowned experts and scholars delivered keynote speeches on discipline construction, scientific research innovation, application transformation, and future development.

Shaanxi has established a friendly relationship with the state of Minnesota in the United States. In 2021, Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital signed a cooperation agreement with Mayo Clinic, based in Minnesota, becoming a member hospital of the Mayo Clinic Alliance.

This collaboration aims to provide convenient access to high-quality international medical resources, solve complex medical problems for patients, and seek better treatment solutions.
