The store has four core functions, including education consultation, cultural tourism promotion, and premium goods sales, and offers more than 1,000 featured products, including fresh food and local cultural and creative merchandise, offering customers a novel shopping experience.

The brand offers over 1,000 self-operated products and plans to expand its lineup to nearly 2,000 by the end of this year, covering all categories of food and home goods.

Over the past six months, the number of product R&D personnel has increased by 70 to 80 percent, while the quality control team has doubled in size. The rollout of physical stores aims to address the insufficient experiential capabilities of online channels, allowing consumers to experience the quality of products first-hand.

"Products are the foundation of brand development," said Sun Jin, CEO of Eastbuy. “Relying on the Xi'an store, we will dig deep into the distinctive local agricultural products of Northwest China and build a two-way channel linking production and sales."

Beilin district plans to introduce high-level, experience-driven innovative business formats, advance the integration of traditional commerce with the digital economy, cultural tourism, and education industries, and foster new growth drivers for consumption, contributing to Xi'an's development into an international consumption hub.
