To optimize the local consumption environment, 10 commercial districts will be transformed and enhanced, 10 nighttime consumption gathering areas will be created, and 42 high-quality 15-minute convenient living circles will be established.
To promote its foreign trade and economic growth, the Xi'an municipal bureau of commerce will vigorously attract foreign trade-oriented enterprises and cultivate more local trade-oriented multinational enterprises.
Emphasis will also be placed on supporting the development of high value-added processing trade industries such as precision machinery, smart home appliances, and aerospace components.
