The expo consists of six forums, three exhibitions and a one-day food discovery tour, with the aim of further enhancing the overall image of Xi'an's food and catering sector.
It will also promote the emergence of Xi'an as an international gastronomic capital and develop a resource trading platform for Shaanxi's cuisine and its entire catering industry supply chain.
At the six forums, research and development experts and leading supply chain brand leaders have been invited to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of the local catering industry through keynote speeches, round table dialogues and on-site exchanges.

During the one-day food discovery tour, a team of entrepreneurs from all over the country will visit four major supply chain companies to investigate their development history, food production, product development and sales.
