The 3rd China Low‑altitude Economy Development Conference and Low‑altitude Industry Chain Expo are scheduled to take place in Xi'an from Sept 22 to 24.

Building on Xi'an's geographical strengths as a core hub under the Belt and Road Initiative, the event will feature high‑end forums, industry exhibitions, thematic seminars, and international matchmaking sessions to build an international grand gathering covering the entire low‑altitude economy industrial chain.

The conference will feature a rich lineup of exchange events, bringing together experts, scholars, and executives from leading enterprises to discuss industrial policies, air‑space reforms, and industry standards.

The expo will showcase cutting‑edge products and solutions, including eVTOLs, industrial UAVs, and low‑altitude communication and navigation. It aims to showcase China's indigenous innovations in the low-altitude sector, providing a professional platform for brand promotion, technical exchange, and commercialization of research outcomes.

To date, government delegations, industry associations, and overseas professional procurement groups from more than 40 countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative, including Kazakhstan and Pakistan, have been invited to attend the event, with international professional buyers accounting for one‑third of total participants.

The event will also include a Silk Road low‑altitude industry cooperation zone and a special international matchmaking area for one‑on‑one business negotiations, supporting Chinese industries in going global, introducing high‑quality overseas resources, and fostering a new landscape for global low‑altitude industry cooperation.

The event is expected to foster new‑quality productive forces in the low‑altitude sector, support Shaanxi province and Xi'an in building an innovation‑driven hub for low‑altitude economy development in western China, empowering the high‑quality development of China's low‑altitude economy.
