Xi'an Big Data Industry Association was officially established on June 18. Its aim is to bring together the resources and advantages of Xi'an's big data industry and create a big data industry development ecosystem that combines innovation, industrial and value chains.

It is a non-profit social organization guided by the Xi'an municipal bureau of big data resources and jointly initiated by key enterprises, related scientific research institutions and universities in Xi'an.

It will establish an expert advisory committee and build a platform for enterprise exchanges and cooperation, as well as fully utilize the advantages of the high-end intellectual resources of universities and research institutions.

The association will also cooperate with relevant government departments to jointly organize research on the master plan and industrial research, applying this to Xi’an’s big data industry.

In addition, it will assist in the construction, management and operation of Xi'an Big Data Industry Achievement Exhibition Center, build a big data industry technology innovation zone, a big data industry construction achievement demonstration zone and a big data industry development cluster.
